At Grace Lutheran Academy we strongly believe in the connection between our staff feeling valued and our students feeling loved. Instead of short planning periods, we offer hours of planning to prepare for future lessons. You will also find very small class sizes, so that educators can provide student-based education, not classroom-based education. We care just as much about our staff as we do our students and their families.
