Meet Lindsey Sarff

Lindsey Sarff

Academic Director

Lindsey is a native of Havana, IL. After graduating from Havana High School, she attended Monmouth College where she played basketball. Lindsey transferred to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a Professional Educator License in K-9 Education in 2012. Lindsey has also received a Learning Behavioral Specialist certificate for grades Kindergarten through age 22. In addition to her education, she is also trained in Orton Gillingham and Applied Behavioral Analysis. 

After college, Lindsey started her special education journey at Greenview School District before coming back to Havana where she was a Special Education teacher for 3 years at the elementary school. Lindsey transitioned to The Menta Education Group serving students with high needs. She held multiple titles in her role as a program administrator including Curriculum Coordinator and IEP Coordinator. She was then called to use her academic experience to homeschool her own children. 

Lindsey truly cares about helping others discover their strengths and reach their full potential. She has a special way of seeing what makes each person unique. Lindsey is very skilled at helping children find joy in learning and confidence in who they are.

Lindsey values spending time with her husband, Colby, and their 5 children. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and running.
